The LeeRooy Brand is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.

For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

1.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED ?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

2. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER .

When your order is shipped from our warehouse , your tracking link is share with your over WhatsApp . You can easily track your order through that link . If you haven't any notification as your order is shipped that means your order is under processing  . We would request you to please  be patient .

3. How can I pay for my order at LEEROOY?

We support the following payment options at LEEROOY:

* Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
* Credit Card
* Debit Card
* Internet Banking

4.How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the‘Cash On Delivery’option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes andupto a maximum order value of Rs.3000/-. However the COD option may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customer’s registered email id. For avoidance of doubt, ‘Order Rejection Percentage’ shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer. In such scenarios a customer will not be provided a COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option and customers will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.

5. Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

* Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

* However the COD option may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customer’s registered email id. (Order Rejection Percentage shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer).
